A few days ago, the Monegasque statistical institute, IMSEE, unveiled exceptional figures for the Monegasque economy, and in particular for the local real estate market. The time of crisis is over, and growth is resuming with a vigor that would be the envy of many countries.

Indeed, after two years disrupted by various crises, the real estate market is growing by more than 18% compared to 2021, with 520 transactions valued at 3.54 billion euros. Of particular note is the extraordinary rebound in the new-build market, which quadrupled in volume and multiplied in value by 5 (88 apartments sold for a total of 1.2 billion euros). The resale market was not to be outdone, with 432 transactions and sales of 2.3 billion euros.
